كثير من الناس يمكن اعتبارهم من النباتيين، هؤلاء الناس يلومون المسلمين لكونهم يأكلون اللحوم والأسماك، بالعقل والمنطق، دعنا نعطي مثالا:
مصممي محركات الديزل أو المحركات البخارية أو محركات الاحتراق الداخلي كالسيارات ، قد صمموا تلك المحركات لتدار بواسطة أنواع مختلفة من الطاقة أو الوقود. ولا يمكن لأي نوع منها أن يعمل بوقود النوع الآخر.
وبنفس الطريقة ، كل المخلوقات الحية "مثلها مثل تلك المحركات" قد صممت أيضا لتستهلك أنواع مختلفة من الطاقة "الغذاء" وتحتوي قائمة سلوك التغذية علي فئات مختلفة من المخلوقات مثل :
آكلات اللحوم، أو آكلات النباتات، أو آكلات اللحوم والنباتات، والكثير من الفئات الأخرى

وكل فئة من تلك الفئات قد زودها الخالق بأنظمة هضم تناسب كل نوع من الطعام ، بحيث لا يمكن لأي فئة منها أن تعيش علي طعام فئات أخري. وهؤلاء الذين يلومون المسلمين لأكل اللحوم لا يدركون أن الخالق تبارك وتعالي قد صمم الجسم البشري وزوده بجهاز هضمي ليهضم كل من الأطعمة النباتية وغير النباتية، ولو فحصت أسنان الحيوانات آكلة الخضروات مثل البقر والمعز والأغنام، فسوف تجد أن تلك الحيوانات لها مجموعة من الأسنان المسطحة المناسبة للوجبات النباتية. ولكنك إذا لاحظت مجموعة أسنان الحيوانات آكلة اللحوم مثل الأسد والنمر ، والتي لها مجموعة من الأسنان المدببة المناسبة لوجبات اللحوم. والأكثر من ذلك انك لو تفحصت مجموعة أسنان البشر، فسوف تجد أن لديهم أسنان مسطحة وأخري مدببة . ولذا فأن للبشر أسنان تناسب كلا من الوجبات النباتية وغير النباتية . أي متعددة الوجبات، الموقع التالي به أنواع أسنان الإنسان:

ويمكنك سؤال نفسك، إذا كان الخالق تبارك وتعالي يريد للبشر أن يأكلوا فقط النباتات ، فلماذا زودنا تبارك وتعالي بمجموعة الأسنان المدببة؟ ومنطقيا فإنه سبحانه أراد لنا أن تقتات علي كلا من الأطعمة النباتية وغير النباتية
والأكثر من ذلك ، فإن الجهاز الهضمي الداخلي للحيوانات آكلة النباتات يمكنه فقط هضم وامتصاص النباتات. وأن الجهاز الهضمي للحيوانات آكلة اللحوم يمكنه هضم وامتصاص اللحوم فقط ، بينما الجهاز الهضمي للبشر يمكنه هضم وامتصاص كلا من الوجبات النباتية وغير النباتية . وإذا كان الخالق سبحانه وتعالي يريد لنا أن تقتات فقط علي النباتات فلماذا إذن أعطانا هذا الجهاز الهضمي الذي يمكنه هضم كلا من الخضروات واللحوم؟
قال تعالي في القرآن الكريم ( يأيها الناس كلوا مما في الأرض حلالا طيبا 2:168). (وَالأَنْعَامَ خَلَقَهَا لَكُمْ فِيهَا دِفْءٌ وَمَنَافِعُ وَمِنْهَا تَأْكُلُونَ] {النحل:5}. [وَهُوَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ البَحْرَ لِتَأْكُلُوا مِنْهُ لَحْمًا طَرِيًّا {النحل:14}
أليس ذلك دليل قوي علي أن القرآن الكريم هو كلام الله وأن الرسول محمد عليه الصلاة والسلام هو الرسول الصادق الأمين
86 - The vegetarians deceiving:
There are many people who can be classified as vegetarian; those people blame Muslims for consuming non-vegetarians food, By mind and logic let's give an example:
The designers of the pressure-ignited heat engine “Diesel”, steam engine or the internal-combustion engine, have been designed these machines to consume different kind of fuels. Neither of them can run with the other's fuel.
At the same way, the living creatures “like machines” have been designed also to consume different kinds of fuels “or foods”. The list of feeding behaviors contains:
Carnivore – the eating of animals
Herbivore – the eating of plants
Omnivore – the eating of both plants and animals
And many other categories

Each category had been equipped with digestion systems suitable for each kind of food. None of theses categories can live with the other's food.
Those people who blamed Muslims don’t know that (Allah (s. w. t.) the Creator) who designed the human machine, had designed it to consume both vegetarians and non-vegetarians food.
If you observe the teeth of herbivorous animals like the cow, goat and sheep, you will find that all these animals have a flat set of teeth suited for herbivorous diet. But if you observe the set of teeth of the carnivorous animals like the lion or tiger, they all have a pointed set of teeth suited for a carnivorous diet. Moreover, if you analyze the set of teeth of humans, you will find that they have flat teeth as well as pointed teeth. Thus they have teeth suited for both herbivorous as well as carnivorous food i.e. they are omnivorous. You can ensure this fact in this link:

I asked myself, if Almighty Allah wanted humans to have only vegetables, why did He provide us with pointed teeth? It is logical that He expected us to have both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food.
Moreover, the internal digestive system of herbivorous animals can digest only vegetables. The digestive system of carnivorous animals can digest only meat. But the digestive system of humans can digest both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. If Almighty Allah wanted us to have only vegetables then why did He give us a digestive system that can digest both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian foods?
The Nobel Qur’an said : (O mankind! Eat of that which is lawful and good on the earth), (The Nobel Qur’an 2 : 168).
And The Nobel Qur’an said also: (The cattle, He has created them for you; In them there is warm clothing, and numerous benefits, and of them You eat). (The Nobel Qur’an 16 : 5 ).
(He it is who has subjected the sea to you, that You eat there of fresh tender fish), (The Nobel Qur’an 16 : 14)
Isn’t it true that the designer of the different kinds of engines know well what is the best fuel for their machine, and isn’t it true that the creator of the human know well what is the best food for them.
Isn’t it strong evidence that the The Nobel Qur’an is the Word of God and Mohammad is his honest messenger?
